The preparation method comprises: (1) mixing the cement, stones, sand, coal ash, micro silicon powder, plant fibers, polypropylene, polyamino methyl formate, water, and the water reducer to prepare concrete; and (2) pouring the concrete into a framework of steel reinforcement, and curing the framework of steel reinforcement to obtain the cement column with high anti-permeability. The cement column with high anti-permeability prepared by the method has extremely excellent water resistance, and also has very high compressive strength and splitting tensile strength.
