Disclosed is a U-shaped-pile pile forming device. A first motor is mounted on the left portion of the upper end of a U-shaped power box, and a second motor is mounted on the right portion of the upper end of the U-shaped power box; a first main drilling rod is fixed to the upper end of the first motor, and a second main drilling rod is fixed to the upper end of the second motor; after being opposite, a left half U-shaped frame and a right half U-shaped frame form a whole U-shaped frame; a plurality of first tooth tips are arranged at the lower end of the left half U-shaped frame, and a plurality of second tooth tips are arranged inside the left half U-shaped frame; and a plurality of first tooth tips are arranged at the lower end of the right half U-shaped frame, and a plurality of second tooth tips are arranged inside the right half U-shaped frame.
