The invention relates to a U-shaped pile forming device. A first motor is installed at the left portion of the upper end of a U-shaped power box, a second motor is installed at the right portion of the upper end of the U-shaped power box, a first main drilling rod is fixed to the upper end of the first motor, and a second main drilling rod is fixed to the upper end of the second motor; a left half U-shaped frame and a right half U-shaped frame are opposite to form a complete U-shaped frame; a plurality of first tooth tips are arranged at the lower end of the left half U-shaped frame, and a plurality of second tooth tips are arranged inside the left half U-shaped frame; and a plurality of first tooth tips are arranged at the lower end of the right half U-shaped frame, and a plurality of second tooth tips are arranged inside the right half U-shaped frame.
