The invention relates to a double-arch-shaped pile forming device. A left arch-shaped frame and a right arch-shaped frame are in bilateral symmetry; a plurality of first stirring cutters are arranged at the lower end of the left arch-shaped frame, a plurality of second stirring cutters are arranged inside the left arch-shaped frame, a plurality of first stirring cutters are arranged at the lower end of the right arch-shaped frame, and a plurality of second stirring cutters are arranged inside the right arch-shaped frame; the first stirring cutters and the second stirring cutters on the left arch-shaped frame and the first stirring cutters and the second stirring cutters on the right arch-shaped frame conduct rotary cut on a soil body outside five drilling bits and inside the left arch-shaped frame and the right arch-shaped frame during left-and-right movement so that the soil body and cement paste can be stirred; and double-arch-shaped piles are formed by a pressure rod in the downwards-pushing process.
