The invention discloses a using method for an arch-shaped-pile manufacturing device. Synchronous and left-and-right movement is formed by a left half arch frame and a right half arch frame, and a first stirring cutter and a second stirring cutter on the left half arch frame and a first stirring cutter and a second stirring cutter on the right half arch frame rotationally cut a soil body outside six drill bits and inside the left half arch frame and the right half arch frame during left-and-right movement so that the soil body and high-pressure water can be stirred into slurry; in the working process, the high-pressure water is poured without stopping; and the slurry flows out of a hole without stopping, and in the downward pushing process, a main drilling rod forms the arch-shaped hole.
