A fourth shifting wheel is arranged on the right portion of the rear side of a transmission, and a fourth shifting pin is eccentrically fixed to the fourth shifting wheel; the fourth shifting pin is inserted in a fourth square frame, and a fourth upper swing rod is fixed to the upper end of the fourth square frame; the upper end of the fourth upper swing rod is hinged to the rear right portion of a second branch beam, and a fourth lower swing rod is fixed to the lower end of the fourth square frame; the lower end of the fourth lower swing rod is fixed to the rear portion of a right half arch frame, and after being opposite, the left half arch frame and the right half arch frame form an arch-shaped frame; a plurality of first stirring cutters are arranged at the lower end of the left half arch frame, and a plurality of second stirring cutters are arranged inside the left half arch frame; and a plurality of first stirring cutters are arranged at the lower end of the right half arch frame, and a plurality of second stirring cutters are arranged inside the right half arch frame.
