The invention relates to wallpaper, provides environment-friendly wall decorative paper capable of adjusting indoor humidity, releasing negative ions and not generating harmful volatile matter and provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly wall decorative paper. The environment-friendly wall decorative paper comprises a wallpaper base body. A pattern layer is printed on the wallpaper base body through a concave printing plate. The pattern layer is prepared from, by weight, 5-10 parts of sepiolite, 20-30 parts of kieselguhr, 15-20 parts of ferridravite, 15-20 parts of polyacrylate, 7-10 parts of pentachloride stearic acid, 0.2-0.6 part of polybasic acid copolymers, 40-50 parts of deionized water, 0.1-0.3 part of defoamer, 10-12 parts of soya bean lecithin, 1-2 parts of titanium dioxide and 7-10 parts of primary color printing ink.
