Straw ash steam-pressing brick
The present invention discloses a straw ash steam-pressing brick, which is made from the following raw materials by weight: 23-35 parts of modified carbide slag, 1-2 parts of carbon fibers, 20-30 parts of dolomite powder, 1-2 parts of cellulose ether, 1-2 parts of sodium silicate, 2-3 parts of sodium carbonate, 0.01-0.02 part of aluminum hydroxide, 0.01-0.02 part of triethanolamine, 0.2-0.3 part of ammonium sulfate, 5-10 parts of straw ash, 0.5-1 part of sodium lauryl sulfate, 4-8 parts of gypsum, and a proper amount of water. According to the present invention, the straw ash is adopted as the raw material so as to effectively solve the problem of straw recycling, turn waste into treasure and achieve the comprehensive utilization of the straw; the obtained steam-pressing brick has characteristics of high strength and good durability; the process is simple, the cost is low, and the method is the straw comprehensive utilization industrial method having prospects; and with the straw ash, the compatibility of the steam-pressing brick can be increased while the porosity can be increased so as to provide the lightweight effect and increase the freezing resistance of the steam-pressing brick.
