Aluminum-carbon refractory combining with AlON, and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an aluminum-carbon refractory combining with AlON, and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme is that 1-6wt% of aluminum powder, 10-30wt% of silica powder, 15-35wt% of alpha-aluminium oxide , 2-10 wt% of carbon, 1-5 wt% of aluminum nitride and 30-60wt% of corundum particles are adopted as raw materials, and then phenolic resin which accounts for 2-5wt% of the raw materials is additionally added. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing aluminum powder, silica powder, alpha-aluminum oxide, carbon and aluminum nitride according to the ratio to prepare a mixture; secondly, batching corundum spheres, the mixture and ethanol according to a mass ratio of (2-5):1:(0.5-1.5), performing wet milling till the grain size is 1-3 microns, and drying; thirdly, grinding the dried mixture, the corundum particles and phenolic resin in a mixed manner, forming through machine pressing, and curing; finally, performing heat preservation for 60-240 minutes in a buried charcoal atmosphere at the temperature of 1400-1700 DEG C, and naturally cooling to obtain the aluminum-carbon refractory combining with AlON. The preparation method has the characteristics that the process is simple, the cost is low, and the industrial production is facilitated; the prepared refractory is excellent in mechanical property and thermal shock resistance.
