The invention discloses an embedded rail structure suitable for bridges. The embedded rail structure comprises a bridge-surface cast-in-place layer, a reinforced concrete base, steel rails and two prefabricated rail support channels, wherein the bridge-surface cast-in-place layer and the cast-in-place reinforced concrete base are formed into a whole through connecting members; the two prefabricated rail support channels are respectively buried in two sides of the reinforced concrete base in the longitudinal direction in a pre-buried manner, and a sliding layer is arranged between contact surfaces of each rail support channel and the reinforced concrete base; elastic backing plates are continuously laid in each rail support channel; after each steel rail is placed on the elastic backing plates, the steel rail is fastened in the corresponding channel by macromolecular casting materials. Through the adoption of the embedded rail structure disclosed by the invention, the interaction between bridge rails is effectively lowered, and besides, the structure of the bridge rails is simplified, so that the embedded rail structure is suitable for the bridges.
