The grouting section is arranged inside the overlying layer and base rocks. The upper end and the lower end of the grouting section are connected with the suspension type poured wall section and the base rocks respectively. Compared with an existing anti-seepage structure adopting a total-closed concrete anti-seepage wall, the anti-seepage structure is mainly composed of the suspension type poured wall section and the grouting section, and construction cost is low; only the suspension type poured wall section needs to be poured, the pouring depth is small, the construction difficulty is low, and the pouring quality can be guaranteed easily; the grouting section is constructed through the grouting gallery, construction is convenient, and grouting construction and filling of an earth-rock dam body can be conducted simultaneously, so that linear construction period occupied by the construction of the whole anti-seepage structure is short.
