The invention relates to an anti-seepage structure of a deep foundation pit composite wall and a construction method of the anti-seepage structure, and the construction method comprises the following steps: when a deep foundation pit is excavated, exposing the surface of an underground diaphragm wall of the deep foundation pit; scabbling treatment is conducted on the exposed surface of the underground diaphragm wall; active siliceous self-repairing waterproof paint is sprayed to the surface of the underground diaphragm wall; and a lining wall is constructed on the inner side of the underground diaphragm wall, and the lining wall formed through construction is connected with the surface of the underground diaphragm wall. According to the construction method, the surface of the underground diaphragm wall is coated with the active siliceous self-repairing waterproof coating, the lining wall and the underground diaphragm wall grow into a whole through the bionic self-healing and self-growing functions of the active siliceous self-repairing waterproof coating, when a leakage channel is generated, crack repairing can be conducted, and the aim of preventing leakage of the lining wall is achieved.
