The invention relates to a three-dimensional foundation composite damper. The three-dimensional foundation composite damper mainly comprises a vertical damping barrel, a horizontal damping barrel, a middle transmission rod, a vertical transmission plate, an inlaid damping cylinder, a barrel internal vertical transmission rod, a vertical damping barrel upright column, a lateral fixing column, a vertical resetting spring, a horizontal damping barrel lower plate, a horizontal damping barrel upper plate, a core damping plate, a traction steel wire, a main transmission rod, a horizontal resetting spring and the like. Damping is provided by metal friction, viscous material flowing and spring resilience. Moreover, damping can be provided in an optional space direction by coupling of movement of the vertical damping barrel and movement of the horizontal damping barrel, and rotating damping can be provided in the horizontal direction. The three-dimensional foundation composite damper has the advantages that the damper is convenient to mount, various components are stressed uniformly, a force is transferred clearly, a system is stable, and the damper is well-adapted, is stable in performance, can provide three-dimensional damping and horizontal rotating damping, and can reset automatically after the earthquake.
