Novel nano-carbon-crystal electric-strip heating floor and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a novel nano-carbon-crystal electric-strip heating floor and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving nano short carbon fibers in an alkaline solution, performing ultrasonic treatment, performing separation so as to extract the treated nano short carbon fibers, placing the extracted nano short carbon fibers in ammonium bicarbonate dissolved substances of 1-3mol/L, after anodic-oxidation surface treatment, taking out the nano short carbon fibers, washing the nano short carbon fibers clean by ethyl alcohol, baking the washed nano short carbon fibers, placing the baked nano short carbon fibers in a high-energy ball mill, and crushing the baked nano short carbon fibers in the high-energy ball mill so as to obtain modified nano carbon crystals; (2) adding an auxiliary agent in the modified nano carbon crystals and graphite powder, mixing and grinding the auxiliary agent, the modified nano carbon crystals and the graphite powder so as to obtain a mixture, adding plant protoplasm in the mixture so as to obtain a new mixture, uniformly stirring the new mixture by a homogenizer, and heating and pressurizing the stirred new mixture so as to obtain a facial modified nano carbon crystal exothermic material; (3) fixing metal-sheet electrodes at both ends of the facial modified nano carbon crystal exothermic material by a silver solution, mounting a temperature control device, and performing solidification so as to obtain a carbon-crystal exothermic layer; and (4) shearing a solid-wood substrate, a polyester-resin insulation layer, the carbon-crystal exothermic layer, a total-reflection aluminum-plated layer and a solid-wood surface layer from bottom to top with appropriate sizes, and compounding the sheared solid-wood substrate, the sheared polyester-resin insulation layer, the sheared carbon-crystal exothermic layer, the sheared total-reflection aluminum-plated layer and the sheared solid-wood surface layer so as to form the nano-carbon-crystal electric-strip heating floor.
