The electric heating type plastic floor comprises a transparent sheet, a color film, a surface layer, a first PVC/PET blending layer, a heating film, a second PVC/PET blending layer and a bottom layer from top to bottom, and a graphite layer is arranged in the heating film for power connection. The prepared floor gives people a good feeling of warm feet and cold heads; the indoor surface temperature is uniform, and the room temperature is gradually reduced from bottom to top, so that a good feeling of warm feet and cold heads is brought to people. Convection of vitiated air is not prone to being caused, and indoor air is clean. Space is saved, and assembling space of heating radiators, water pipes and the like is omitted. The heating speed is high, heating is uniform, and the flatness of the floor is good.
