Anti-cracking construction method for ground terrace of common residential building
The invention discloses an anti-cracking construction method for a ground terrace of a common residential building. The anti-cracking construction method comprises the following steps of (1) scabbling a concrete board after washing the concrete board by using clear water; (2) adding water reducing agents in common mortar, and sufficiently stirring the mortar until the mortar is uniform; (3) overspreading alkali-proof fiberglass gridding cloth on surfaces of settled water and electric pipes after blocking and tamping the settled water and electric pipes by using anti-cracking mortar; (4) marking thermal insulation and terrace elevations by measuring and positioning, attaching marl biscuits and brushing a cement mortar binding layer; (5) smearing inorganic lightweight aggregate thermal mortar serving as a thermal-insulation layer, manufacturing a thermal-insulation layer, and overspreading fiberglass gridding cloth on the surface of the thermal-insulation layer; and (6) constructing a leveling course, and maintaining for 7 days at least. The anti-cracking construction method is easy to operate; quality control is facilitated; follow-up quality problems are reduced; after-sales repair is facilitated; and materials are convenient to use.
