The anti-cracking terrace comprises a second concrete pouring layer, a first concrete pouring layer is laid at the top end of the second concrete pouring layer, and an outer coating is laid at the top end of the first concrete pouring layer; a plurality of supporting mechanisms are arranged between the first concrete pouring layer and the second concrete pouring layer at the same time. The supporting mechanisms comprise supporting pipes, the supporting pipes are made of glass materials as a whole, each supporting pipe comprises a plurality of cambered surface connecting ports which are arranged in a surrounding mode at equal density, and a notch of each cambered surface connecting port is fixedly connected with a TPU film; a center supporting rod is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the bottom end of each supporting pipe, an inserting hole is formed in the inner wall of the top end of each center supporting rod, an inserting rod is inserted into each inserting hole, and a clamping block is fixedly connected to the top end of each inserting rod. The anti-cracking terrace and the construction method thereof disclosed by the invention have the effect of optimizing the anti-cracking function of the terrace in three aspects of providing a thermal expansion and cold contraction counteracting space, assisting in concrete curing and providing effective support.
