The invention relates to an adjustable-speed cleaning maintenance device for outdoor steel structures, which is used for cleaning an outdoor steel structure. The outdoor steel structure comprises a main beam (4) provided with a longitudinally extending guide rib (2) and auxiliary beams (41) supported on the main beam (4). The cleaning maintenance device comprises a support frame (99), a water supply pipe (61) supported on the support frame (99) and close to the main beam (4), and a nozzle (62) communicated with the water supply pipe (61); each of upper and lower surfaces of the guide rib (2) is provided with a plurality of longitudinally extending guide protrusions, so that the guide protrusions can fit peripheral grooves (920 and 910) of the cleaning maintenance device, which engage with upper and lower support rollers (921 and 911) on upper and lower surfaces, respectively.
