Punching device for negative ion window screen film, punching method and micropore window screen film
The invention discloses a punching device for a negative ion window screen film, a punching method and a micropore window screen film. The punching device includes an unrolling machine and a rolling machine which are used for mounting a negative ion window screen film, a dragging press roller, a plurality of transition rollers and an error corrector are disposed between the unrolling machine and the rolling machine, laser vibrating mirrors are disposed over the negative window screen film, and a support bench is disposed under the negative window screen film. The punching method includes putting one end of the negative ion window screen film on the unrolling machine with a condition that a negative ion film faces upwards, making the other end pass through the dragging press roller, the plurality of transition rollers and the error corrector, and mounting the other end to the rolling machine to form a continuous curve loop, wherein the negative window screen film is disposed under the laser vibrating mirrors; regulating the distance between the window screen film and the laser vibrating mirrors; modulating output parameters of lasers to close the dragging rollers; and starting a master control switch to punch to form a micropore window screen film. The aperture is within the range from 30 [mu]m to 430 [mu]m, and the density of the micropores is 300 to 2500/cm2. The punching device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and high in machining efficiency. The micropore window screen film is enough in permeability and good in haze prevention.
