The invention discloses a negative ion window screen film punching method and a microporous window screen film. According to the method, one end of a negative ion window screen film is mounted on an unwinding machine in a mode that a negative ion film is upward, the other end penetrates through a dragging press roller, multiple transitional rollers and a correcting device and then is mounted on a winding machine, a continuous curve loop is formed, and the negative ion window screen film is arranged between a needle roller and the dragging press roller; equipment output parameters are adjusted, the needle roller is heated, and the needle roller and the dragging press roller are closed after the temperature is stable; the dragging press roller is closed, a main unit is started, and the negative ion window screen film and the needle roller are driven to operate synchronously; the microporous window screen film comprises a window screen and the negative ion film, multiple micropores are formed in the negative ion film after needle roller processing, the micropores are cylindrical or conical, and the density of the micropores is 100-500/cm<2>. The technology is simple, the processing efficiency is high, and the microporous window screen film can guarantee breathability and can improve the haze preventing effect.
