The invention provides a negative-ion window screen film punching method and a micropore window screen film. According to the method, a negative-ion window screen film is arranged on a unwinding machine in the form that a negative-ion film is upward, the other end of the negative-ion window screen film penetrates a dragging pressure roll, multiple transmission rolls and a deviation rectifying machine and is then arranged on the unwinding machine, the negative-ion window screen film is arranged below an electric corona head, and the negative-ion film is made through paint processing, wherein the paint comprises 80-90 parts of waterborne polyurethane emulsion, 5-8 parts of waterborne wax emulsion, 3-5 parts of negative-ion powder, 0.3-0.6 part of an anti-ultraviolet agent, 1-3 parts of an antioxidant, 0.01-0.3 part of a surfactant, 0.4-0.5 part of an antistatic agent, 5-6 parts of a fire retardant and 5-15 parts of deionized water; the distance between the negative-ion window screen film and the electric corona head is adjusted; a main machine is started after the dragging pressure roll is folded to drive the negative-ion window screen film to operate and accelerate and then operate at a constant speed; and the electric corona head conducts continuous punching synchronous with the unwinding machine and a winding machine, the diameter of punched holes ranges from 200 micrometers to 500 micrometers, the hole density ranges from 100 pieces/cm<2> to 500 pieces/cm<2>, and the micropore window screen film comprises a window screen and the negative-ion film. By the adoption of the negative-ion window screen film punching method and the micropore window screen film, machining efficiency is high, and the air permeability can be guaranteed and the haze prevention effect is better due to the adoption of the micropore window screen film.
