Production technology for wallpaper
The invention relates to the environmental protection building decoration material field, and especially relates to a production technology for wallpaper. The production technology comprises the following steps: a pattern is formed on a surface of a basic layer, and drying is carried out; an environmental protection aqueous medium is painted on the surface; cooling and solidification are carried out; PVC, calcium carbonate and DOP paste are painted on the surface; drying is carried out through a hot air circulation system; wallpaper is heated through a heating cover; the surface of the wallpaper is extruded by utilization of a fillet and thus corresponding effects are generated; the wallpaper is cut according to a required specification; packaging is carried out. The production technology for wallpaper is advantageous in that the production technology for wallpaper is liable to industrial scale production, the assembly line speed is two times of an assembly line speed for normal wallpaper, energy consumption for producing single wallpaper is lowered, and the production process is harmless and has no pollution.
