The whole road and bridge collision avoidance protective device is arranged on the collision avoidance side face of a road body or a bridge body, the road and bridge collision avoidance protective device comprises multiple elastic plates and springs, the multiple elastic plates are arranged on the road body or the bridge body at intervals, and the two ends of each spring connect the two adjacent elastic plates; the road and bridge collision avoidance protective device comprises a reinforcing partition rib which is connected with the road body or the bridge body and the elastic plates simultaneously; the reinforcing partition rib is of a T-shaped structure and comprises a main part and multiple branch parts, the main part is fixedly connected with the road body or the bridge body, and the branch parts are connected with the elastic plates; the branch parts are detachably connected with the main part; the plane where the plate faces of the elastic plate are located is an inclined plane in the vertical direction or non-vertical direction; the plate pace of each elastic plate is of a curved surface structure; the springs can be in a compressed state or a stretching state; the branch parts are made of specially-made spring steel.
