The invention provides road cleaning equipment capable of automatically avoiding obstacles. The road cleaning equipment comprises a bracket having a gantry frame structure, wherein a cleansing cover is arranged on the outer layer of the bracket; rotating shafts parallel to one another are arranged on the bracket; a rotary table is arranged on the cross beam of the bracket; the rotating shafts and the rotary table are all connected with a driving device; nylon wire brushes are arranged on the rotating shafts; the rotary table is connected with a garbage picking-up mechanical hand; a controller is arranged in the cleansing cover; and the driving device is connected with the controller. The road cleaning equipment has the beneficial effect that the road cleaning equipment is small in size and relatively high in cleaning efficiency.
