The invention discloses a precast concrete shear wall structure and a construction method thereof. The precast concrete shear wall structure is assembled by concrete precast uprights, wall body units, floors and cushion blocks; internal screw sleeves with upper openings are pre-buried in the top ends of the uprights and the side faces, connected with the wall body units, of the uprights; separate or integral leaf plates are arranged on the two side surfaces of each wall body unit; connection grooves with bolt holes which penetrate through edges are formed along four sides of the lower part of each upright and the outer side face of each leaf plate; the adjacent wall body units as well as the uprights and wall body units are connected through the internal screw sleeves or the bolt holes by connection bolts; the uprights at an upper storey and a lower storey are directly connected in an aligned manner; and the floors or the wall cushion blocks provided with bolt holes are arranged between the wall body units at the upper storey and the wall body units at the lower storey or between the wall body units and a foundation, and the wall body units at the upper storey and the wall body units at the lower storey as well as the wall body units and the foundation are connected by vertically inserting the connection bolts in the bolt holes. According to the precast concrete shear wall structure disclosed by the invention, full-precast and full-dry construction of wall bodies is realized; beams are omitted in the whole structure; the types of precast parts of the whole structure are fewer; and the connection project is singular, so that the assembly is rapid and convenient, and the construction cost is greatly lowered while the structural strength is ensured.
