The invention discloses a precast concrete shear wall structure and a construction method thereof. The precast concrete shear wall comprises floors, wall bodies and uprights; the whole shear wall structure is formed by assembling the concrete precast parts through connection parts; the concrete precast parts are mainly made of light reinforced concrete; the wall bodies are formed by wall body precast slabs provided with two side faces, and the wall body precast slabs on two sides are connected through wall body connection blocks by bolts; the uprights are precast hollow connection posts; the sides, connected with the wall bodies, of the uprights are fixedly provided with convex wall body connection blocks; the uprights are arranged at all corners of the wall bodies, and are arranged between straight walls in such a manner that each upright is 2m-5m away from the previous upright ; the wall bodies and the floors at the top storey as well as the wall bodies and the floors between storeys are fastened and connected through precast beams embedded into the wall bodies by bolts or screws. According to the precast concrete shear wall structure disclosed by the invention, the full-precast and full-dry construction of the wall bodies is realized; the assembly of housing construction is convenient and rapid; and the construction cost is greatly lowered.
