PRECAST CONCRETE DUAL WALL STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a precast concrete double-wall structure and a construction method thereof, capable of enabling the efficient construction of a wall of a rainwater storage tank and achieving structural safety as well as reducing a period for the manufacture of a wall structure by applying a reinforcement assembly and precast concrete, having a double-wall structure, to the inside and outside of the rainwater storage tank. The precast concrete double-wall structure includes: a foundation PC floor part filled with concrete to form the floor surface of the rainwater storage tank, and including insertion grooves formed along the edge at a distance from each other; a double PC wall part comprising an inner wall vertically erected by having the lower part inserted and fixed into an inner one among the insertion grooves of the foundation PC floor part, and an outer wall inserted and fixed into an outer one among the insertion grooves to be parallel to the inner wall at a distance from the inner wall; a lateral force reinforcement part connecting and combining the inner and outer walls of the double PC wall part with each other, but vertically arranging the walls; and a concrete filling part interposed between the inner and outer walls of the double PC wall part including the lateral force reinforcement part.
본 발명은 우수저류조에 내외로 이중벽체 구조를 갖는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 및 보강조립체를 적용하여 벽체 구조물의 제작기간을 단축함은 물론 구조적으로 안전하고, 우수저류조의 벽체를 효율적으로 시공함을 제공하도록, 우수저류조의 바닥면을 형성토록 콘크리트 타설되고 외곽 둘레를 따라 내외로 서로 간격을 두고 삽입홈이 형성되는 기초PC바닥부와; 상기 기초PC바닥부의 삽입홈 중 내측 삽입홈에 하단부가 삽입 고정되어 수직방향으로 기립 형성된 내벽체와, 상기 내벽체와 간격을 두고 평행을 이루도록 상기 삽입홈 중 외측 삽입홈에 삽입 고정된 외벽체로 구성하는 이중PC벽체부와; 상기 이중PC벽체부의 내벽체 및 외벽체를 상호 연결결합하되 상하 수직방향으로 배열 배치되는 횡력보강부와; 상기 횡력보강부가 구비된 상기 이중PC벽체부의 내벽체 및 외벽체의 사이 공간에 채워지는 콘크리트충진부;를 포함하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 이중벽체 구조물을 제공한다.
