The invention provides a composite type building heat-insulation template which sequentially comprises an outer protective layer, a first heat-insulation layer, a second heat-insulation layer and an inner protective layer, wherein fireproof property of the first heat-insulation layer is different from that of the second heat-insulation layer; and the fireproof property of the first heat-insulation layer is higher than that of the second heat-insulation layer; the thickness of the building heat-insulation template can be reduced, and the fireproof property of the building heat-insulation template also can be greatly improved.
