Keel, sound-insulation system with same and method for manufacturing sound-insulation system
The invention discloses a keel. Two end surfaces are arranged on a keel body, at least one groove is formed in a position between the two end surfaces, and/or at least one protrusion is formed between the two end surfaces. The invention further discloses a sound-insulation system with the keel and a method for manufacturing the sound-insulation system. The keel, the sound-insulation system and the method have the advantages that the two end surfaces are respectively in contact with wall surfaces of two external sound-insulation systems, the grooves are formed in the positions between the two end surfaces, and/or the protrusions are formed between the two end surfaces, so that sound transmission distances of the keel with the grooves and/or the protrusions are obviously longer than sound transmission distances of a Z-shaped keel or an H-shaped keel when sound is transmitted from one end surface to another end surface as compared with the traditional Z-shaped keel or the traditional H-shaped keel under the condition that the distance between the two end surfaces of the keel is identical to the distance between the two end surfaces of the Z-shaped keel or the H-shaped keel, the sound can be attenuated by the keel with the grooves and/or the protrusions to a great extent, and excellent sound-insulation effects can be realized when the keel is applied to the sound-insulation system or a sound-insulation wall.
