Preparation method of environment-friendly building material
The invention discloses an environment-friendly building material and a preparation method thereof. The building material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 500-800 parts of coal gangue, 200-400 parts of white mud, 100-200 parts of lime powder, 50-100 parts of clay and 200-400 parts of an adhesive, wherein the adhesive is carboxymethyl cellulose. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) placing coal gangue, white mud, lime powder, clay and carboxymethyl cellulose into a stirrer according to the proportion, and uniformly stirring and mixing; (2) adding water into the mixture while stirring, so as to obtain a soft material; (3) injecting the soft material obtained in the step (2) into a die, carrying out vibration extrusion forming, and airing to obtain the needed building material. The environment-friendly building material is safe, non-toxic and free of pollution, and waste is turned into wealth.
