The invention belongs to the technical field of hydrogen separation material application, and discloses a biphasic ceramic material of homologous double perovskite and a preparation method and application thereof. The biphasic ceramic material is prepared from a protonic conductive phase and an electronic conductive phase which both adopt a ceramic material of perovskite. The preparation method comprises the steps that the raw materials of the protonic conductive phase and the raw materials of the electronic conductive phase are weighed separately according to the stoichiometric ratio and then added in organic solvent separately, and ball-milling, preprocessing and roasting are performed to obtain the protonic conductive phase and the electronic conductive phase; 2, the protonic conductive phase and the electronic conductive phase are mixed, organic solvent is added, ball-milling is performed, the mixture is placed in a mould for forming, a green body is obtained, the green body is placed in a furnace, the temperature is increased to 1300 DEG C-1500 DEG C, heat preservation is performed for 10-20 h, the temperature is lowered, and then the biphasic ceramic material of the homologous double perovskite is obtained. The prepared biphasic ceramic material is good in chemical stability and heat stability, high in hydrogen penetrating amount and suitable for long-term industrial actual operation reactions.
