A spike mounting hole is formed in the circular truncated cone type limiting hole, and the axis of the circular truncated cone type limiting hole, the axis of the limiting circular truncated cone and the axis of the spike mounting hole coincide; according to the rail shock absorber, low vertical rigidity can be provided, the geometric shape and position of a steel rail are controlled, and meanwhile the size of the rail shock absorber is effectively reduced.
