Track gauge keeping method and track shock absorber
The invention relates to a track gauge keeping method which is used for keeping a track gauge by controlling the vibration displacement of a track damper in the horizontal direction so as to reduce the shaking of a train, improve the riding comfort and reduce the abrasion of a track. The invention further relates to a track shock absorber, the track shock absorber comprises a metal plate, an elastic body and a limiting column, the limiting column is installed on a sleeper, the metal plate is horizontally arranged above the sleeper, the elastic body is arranged between the metal plate and the sleeper, and the limiting column made of hard insulation materials is used for controlling horizontal vibration displacement of the metal plate. The track gauge is kept, the shaking of a train is reduced, the riding comfort is improved, the abrasion of a track is reduced, and electric signals are prevented from being communicated between the track and the sleeper. The metal plate and the elastic body are integrally molded by vulcanization, so that the sliding friction surface of the elastic body is reduced, the wear of the elastic body is reduced, and the service life of the product is prolonged; and meanwhile, the number of parts of the rail shock absorber is reduced.
本发明涉及一种轨距保持方法,通过控制轨道减振器在水平方向振动位移来保持轨距,以降低列车的晃动、提高乘坐的舒适性、减少轨道的磨损。本发明还涉及一种轨道减振器,包括:金属板、弹性体及限位柱,限位柱安装在轨枕上,金属板水平设置在轨枕上方,弹性体设置在金属板与轨枕之间,利用硬性绝缘材质的限位柱来控制金属板的水平振动位移,以实现保持轨距、降低列车的晃动、提高乘坐的舒适性、减少轨道的磨损,避免电信号在轨道与轨枕间形成连通。金属板与弹性体采用硫化一体成型,减少了弹性体的滑动摩擦面,减少了弹性体的磨损,提高了产品使用寿命;同时减少了轨道减振器的零件数量。
