The invention relates to an amphibious dredging device, which comprises a base, wherein a floating body and supporting legs are arranged at the lower part of the base; the floating body is internally provided with multiple sealed cabins filled with gas; each support leg comprises four corners at the lower part of the base; wheels are arranged at the lower parts of the supporting legs; the upper part of the base is provided with a mud sucking device, a washing device and a lifting device; the mud sucking device comprises a mud sucking pipe and a mud sucking pump; the washing device comprises a high-pressure washing water pipe and a high-pressure water pump; and the lifting device comprises a bracket, a winding drum, a pulley block and a steel cable. According to the invention, the amphibious dredging device can float on the water surface by virtue of the floating body and can be fixed and move on land by virtue of the supporting legs and the wheels, and mud can be sucked into a mud box by virtue of the mud sucking device, the washing device and the lifting device.
