The invention relates to an amphibious stirring and dredging robot which comprises a first hollow buoy and a second hollow buoy which can rotate. The hydraulic slurry pump is arranged on one side of the first hollow buoy and the second hollow buoy; a first spiral blade is arranged outside the first hollow buoy, a second spiral blade is arranged outside the second hollow buoy, the first hollow buoy and the second hollow buoy drive the first spiral blade and the second spiral blade to rotate at a low speed when rotating at a low speed, and then the robot is driven to move.
