Novel ceramic chip preparation method
The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic chip production and processing, and particularly relates to a novel ceramic chip preparation method which comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting 10-18 parts of unsaturated resin, pouring the unsaturated resin into a stirrer, stirring, and then adding 0.1-0.9 part of an accelerant; then simultaneously pouring 76-85 parts of aluminumhydroxide powder and 0.1-0.8 part of pigment and stirring for 1-1.5 hours; then pouring 1-9 parts of particles for stirring, and pouring 0.5-1.5 parts of curing agent to finish stirring; pouring materials into a homogenizing tank from the bottom of the stirrer through an outlet in the bottom of the stirrer, and uniformly and flatly laying the materials in the mold through the homogenizing tank; and then drying and molding the materials in the mold and separating the materials from the mold. The shape and the appearance of the ceramic chip are simulated in a mode of mixing, curing and formingvarious materials such as unsaturated polyester resin, bionic production of the ceramic chip is achieved, and compared with original firing casting forming, the production mode has the advantages thatthe cost is low and the production efficiency is high.
本发明属于属于瓷片生产加工技术领域,具体涉及一种新型瓷片制备方法,包括以下步骤:先选取10‑18份不饱和树脂倒入搅拌机内搅拌,然后加入0.1‑0.9份促进剂内;接着同时倒入76‑85份氢氧化铝粉和0.1‑0.8份颜料,搅拌1‑1.5小时;然后倒入1‑9份颗粒进行搅拌,倒入0.5‑1.5份固化剂,搅拌完成;通过搅拌机底部的出口,使物料从搅拌机底部倒入均料槽内,通过均料槽使物料均匀平铺在模具内;然后将模具内的物料烘干成型,将物料与模具分离即可,本发明利用不饱和树脂等多种物料混合固化成型的方式,模仿瓷片的形状外观,实现瓷片仿生生产,这种生产方式,相比原有的烧铸成型,成本低,生产效率高。
