Wood-plastic floor and machining method thereof
The invention discloses a wood-plastic floor and a machining method thereof. The floor comprises wood plate blocks and a keel. Each wood plate block is provided with a transverse insert tenon, a transverse inserting groove and a bottom face inserting groove. The transverse insert tenon in each wood plate block is inserted into the transverse inserting groove of the other wood plate block in a sleeved mode. According to the keel, two inserting ribs are formed on square blocks, the two inserting ribs are inserted into the two bottom face inserting grooves of the two adjacent wood plate blocks in a sleeved mode respectively, the upper surface and the right surface of each wood plate block are wrapped with elastic plastic layers, and the left surface and the right surface of each bottom face inserting groove are wrapped with the elastic plastic layers. The machining method includes the steps of mixing and blending, extruding, cooling and shaping and traction cutting. By means of the wood-plastic floor and the machining method thereof, bulging and deformation of the wood plate blocks can be effectively prevented, meanwhile plastic coating is conducted on the wood plate blocks, the visual effect is enhanced, and the wood-plastic floor produced through the method is good in intensity, high in hardness, resistant to skid, resistant to wear, resistant to aging, capable of resisting to high temperature of 75 DEG C and low temperature of -40 DEG C, free of fracture, capable of keeping new for a long time and free of fading.
