Wood-plastic floor and manufacturing method thereof
The wood-plastic floor comprises a bottom layer and a surface layer, and the bottom layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of plastic powder, 65-70 parts of biomass fiber powder, 3-4 parts of a coupling agent and 6-7 parts of a first auxiliary agent; wherein the biological fiber powder is carbonized biological fiber powder obtained through heat treatment; the biomass fiber powder in the bottom layer material of the wood-plastic floor is carbonized, so that the characteristic that the biomass fiber powder easily absorbs water is avoided, and the situation that the floor swells due to the fact that wood powder absorbs water in the wood-plastic floor or the problems that the floor tilts, cracks and the like due to the fact that the wood powder swells in the long-term use process are avoided.
一种木塑地板,包括底层和表层,所述底层的原料以重量份数计包括:20~25份塑料粉、65~70份生物质纤维粉、3~4份偶联剂、6~7份第一助剂;其中,所述的生物纤维粉为经过热处理得到的碳化生物纤维粉;通过对木塑地板底层料的底层料中的生物质纤维粉进行碳化处理避免了生物纤维粉易吸水的特性,避免了木粉在木塑地板中因为吸水而导致地板发生膨胀或,故而不会在长久的使用过程中出现膨胀致使地板出现翘起、开裂等问题。
