The invention discloses a self-elevating off-island hotel which comprises a hotel body, wherein the body is provided with pile legs vertical to the body; the pile legs penetrate through the body; ballast compartments are arranged around the pile legs in the body; pile shoes are arranged at the bottoms of the pile legs; the center of the body is provided with a cylindrical penetration structure which can move up and down and can rotate; an air travel place is arranged above the cylindrical penetration structure, and an underwater travel place is arranged below the cylindrical penetration structure; the number of the pile legs is greater than or equal to 3; and the air travel place and the underwater travel place can independently rotate. The self-elevating off-island hotel is good in environment-friendly performance during construction and installation, can be flexibly configured among reefs according to market demands, and can be recycled to avoid repeated construction so that the economical efficiency is better.
