The invention discloses an expanded tunnel fireproof coating material. The expanded tunnel fireproof coating material is mainly prepared by stirring the following raw materials in parts by weight: 86 to 90 parts of silicate cement, 36 to 48 parts of AEC expanded cement, 26 to 38 parts of polypropenyl acetate emulsion, 20 to 30 parts of urea resin, 6 to 8 parts of potassium hydroxide, 10 to 16 parts of sepiolite, 6 to 8 parts of perlite, 10 to 14 parts of pulverized coal, 10 to 14 parts of polypropylene short fibers, 10 to 15 parts of carboxymethylcellulose, 5 to 9 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 6 to 8 parts of pulverized coal glass micro-beads, 10 to 16 parts of kaolin and 5 to 7 parts of ammonium polyphosphate. The expanded tunnel fireproof coating material is excellent in water resistance, fire resistance and stability, high in binding strength, short in curing time, convenient to construct and high in efficiency.
