Cap beam truss type reinforcing structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a cap beam truss type reinforcing structure. The cap beam truss type reinforcing structure comprises first slant steel support rods which are installed between the side faces of two bridge piers and a cap beam, a steel cross beam of which the two ends are fixed between the two bridge piers and second slant steel support rods which are installed between the steel cross beam and the cap beam, wherein each first slant steel support rod is divided into two segments which are connected into a whole by a steel wedge rod welded with the two segments. When reinforcing is performed, pre-lifting is performed on the first slant steel support rods by adopting jacks, and then each steel wedge rod of which the length is calculated according to a calculation formula is welded between every two segments of the first slant steel support rods, so that the first slant steel support rods supply upwards vertical component force in the vertical direction and dead load on the upper portion of the cap beam is effectively unloaded; the first slant steel support rods, the second slant steel support rods and the steel cross beam jointly form the cap beam truss type reinforcing structure to effectively participate in stress of the cap beam and effectively participate in bearing of action generated by automobile load and the dead load added later on the cap beam.
