The invention relates to a pipe truss node reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof.The pipe truss node reinforcing structure comprises a main pipe, a branch pipe, a reinforcing pipe, welding seams and filling slurry, and the end of the branch pipe is connected with the outer surface of the middle of the main pipe in a penetrating mode through the first welding seam at the penetrating position; the reinforcing pipe comprises a conical reinforcing pipe wall, a grouting opening and a grout outlet, the grouting opening and the grout outlet are formed in the reinforcing pipe wall, the reinforcing pipe wall is provided with an upper opening at the small end and a lower opening at the large end, the reinforcing pipe wall is arranged on the periphery of the branch pipe in a sleeving mode, the axis of the reinforcing pipe wall coincides with the axis of the branch pipe, and the upper opening of the reinforcing pipe wall is sleeved with the outer surface of the branch pipe. The sleeving position is welded and connected through a top welding seam; the lower opening of the reinforcing pipe wall is connected with the outer surface of the main pipe in a penetrating manner, and is welded and connected through a second welding seam at the penetrating position; and the filling slurry is filled in a cavity formed by the reinforcing pipe and the main pipes, so that the node area can be effectively prevented from being damaged, and the later maintenance cost can be reduced.
