Controllable degradation collapse plastic drainage plate
The invention relates to technology in vacuum preloading treatment on soft soil foundations, in particular to a controllable degradation collapse plastic drainage plate. The controllable degradation collapse plastic drainage plate is used for solving post-construction settlement of vacuum preloading of the soft soil foundations. The controllable degradation collapse plastic drainage plate is composed of a core plate capable of being partially degraded and a filter film wrapping the core plate. Existing mainstream drainage plate materials are adopted to all the filter film and plate teeth on the core plate, so that the normal operation of the drainage plate is not influenced. The controllable degradation collapse plastic drainage plate is characterized in that the plate teeth of the drainage plate are arranged in a staggered mode; a cross partition of the core plate is made of degradable materials; according to different mixed proportions of raw materials, the degradation rate of the cross partition of the core plate can be controlled to meet needs of different construction periods; sewing materials of the filter film are also degradable. After vacuum preloading of the soft soil foundations, sewing threads degrade automatically, the filter film is attached to the core plate under pressing of a soil body, so that the permeability is greatly lowered. On the other hand, the cross partition of the core plate degrades, and the plastic plate teeth collapse into a line-shaped water-tight structure under pressing of soil, so that the post-construction settlement of vacuum preloading of the soft soil foundations is greatly reduced.
