The invention discloses a plastic drainage plate and a foundation heating circulation system formed by end connectors of the plastic drainage plate. The foundation heating circulation system comprises the plastic drainage plate, wherein the plastic drainage plate comprises a core plate and a filter membrane wrapping the core plate; the core plate is formed by connecting a plurality of relatively independent channel pipes side by side; drainage channels are formed in the space between the filter membrane and the outer walls of the channel pipes of the core plate; internal channels are formed in internal channels of the channel pipes; the bottom end of the plastic drainage plate is connected with the bottom end connector; all the channel pipes of the plastic drainage plate communicate with an inner cavity of the bottom end connector; the top end of the plastic drainage plate is connected with the top end connector; the interior of the top end connector is divided into two independent inner cavities; the two inner cavities are provided with leading-out connectors correspondingly; and hot water enters one half of the channel pipes of the plastic drainage plate from a circulation water inlet of the top end connector, flows into the inner cavity of the bottom end connector along the channel pipes, then enters the other half of the channel pipes, circulates back to the top end connector from bottom to top and is drained out of a circulation water outlet of the top end connector.
