The invention discloses a liquid adding mechanism. The liquid adding mechanism comprises a liquid storage bottle used for storing a solution, a stirring chamber arranged below the liquid storage bottle and an air pump used for pressurizing the liquid storage bottle such that the solution can flow out. A liquid outlet flowing to the stirring chamber is arranged in the liquid storage bottle and provided with a check valve. The stirring chamber has a water inlet and a water outlet. By pressurizing the liquid storage bottle such that the check valve is opened, the solution flows out into the stirring chamber. Clear water flowing from the water inlet is mixed with the solution in the stirring chamber. Stirring liquid flows out of the water outlet. The air pump is closed. The check valve is closed. Clear water flowing from the water inlet directly flows out of the water outlet by passing through the stirring chamber. Due to the fact that the check valve is arranged in the liquid outlet, the liquid storage bottle is pressurized by the air pump. Under effect of air pressure, the check valve is opened up such that the solution flows out and enters into the stirring chamber. Clear water enters the stirring chamber from the water inlet and then is mixed with the solution and flows out of the water outlet for performing cleaning operation. Accordingly, the liquid feeding mechanism has the advantage of adding the solution to a cleaning waterway.
