The system has the beneficial effects that through cooperative use of a first circulating pipe, a first reversing electromagnetic valve, a second circulating pipe and a second reversing electromagnetic valve on the first circulating module and the second circulating module, subtractive secondary metering can be carried out in the weighing process of the weighing module, and precise control over the amount of materials input into the spraying module is achieved.
