The skylight base (3) comprises a framework (9) composed of an outer frame body and an inner frame body, sliding grooves (8) are formed in a set of opposite frames of the inner frame body, and one end of each sliding groove is not communicated with the other end of the sliding groove; the two sliding grooves (8) are in parallel, a locking part (7) is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the frame, located at the non-communicated sides of the sliding grooves (8), of the inner frame body; the skylight upper cover (1) comprises a plate body, two parallel long-strip-shaped fixing sliding blocks (2) are fixedly mounted on the two sides of the inner surface of the plate body, and the two fixing sliding blocks (2) are located in the two sliding grooves (8) respectively; a limiting stop block (4) with a notch (6) in the middle is further fixedly mounted on the inner surface of the plate body, and the notch (6) and the locking part (7) are matched to achieve locking.
