The trash cleaning boat comprises a main boat body, a gathering device, a coarse slag grabbing device, a collecting device, a fine slag filtering device, a separating device and a power device. The trash cleaning control system comprises a shore-based industrial personal computer, a shore-based end PLC, a boat-based industrial personal computer, a boat-based end PLC, a driving system, a trash cleaning boat, a yaw angle sensor, a visual system and the like, the visual system collects a target image through a camera and uploads image information to the industrial personal computer, a target is judged through an image processing algorithm, and an included angle between current navigation and the target is obtained; the boat-based industrial personal computer realizes motion control of the trash cleaning boat through a boat-based PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) so as to approach a target; when the boat body drives to the target, the trash cleaning boat removes the target; according to the device, floating objects on the water surface can be carefully treated; target garbage is rapidly and accurately recognized through visual detection and motion control, unmanned trash cleaning is achieved, and the efficiency of trash cleaning work is remarkably improved.
