Lightweight foam soil applied to roadbed filling of mountainous-area steep road section
The invention provides lightweight foam soil applied to roadbed filling of a mountainous-area steep road section and relates to a building material. The lightweight foam soil applied to the roadbed filling of the mountainous-area steep road section is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, silica fume, diatomite, water, a water reducing agent, an early strength agent, synthetic fibers, a foaming agent and a micro foam agent. By applying the lightweight foam soil to a steep mountainous area, the workload of roadbed excavation engineering is reduced by more than half; by adopting a large volume of lightweight foam soil, a mountain massif can bear relatively low pressure, and the lightweight foam soil can penetrate into gaps of the mountain massif, so that a bottom layer and the mountain massif are merged into one body, the bottom of a roadbed is stabilized, and the shoring cost is reduced compared with that of the conventional technologies; a cushion layer is integrated, so that the water stability is better; and steel mesh reinforcements are added into the roadbed, so that the resistance to heavy rain, mountain torrents and mudslides of a constructed road is higher, and thus the lightweight foam soil is worthy of popularization and application.
