The invention discloses a roadbed section replacing and filling method based on foam lightweight concrete, which comprises the following steps: excavating a foundation pit at a roadbed section replacing and filling position, paving a mixture meeting the graded broken stone aggregate requirement on a base, and paving a layer of composite geotechnical cloth on the upper surface of a cushion layer, foam concrete pouring construction is conducted on the cushion layer in a pipeline pump conveying mode, and in the process of pouring the bubble mixed light concrete on each layer, a plurality of reinforcing meshes are laid at the position 10-20 cm away from the pouring top face, so that replacement and filling construction of the roadbed section is convenient, and the compressive strength of replacement and filling foam concrete pouring materials is enhanced; a large number of independent closed colloidal bubbles are evenly distributed in the foam concrete, the closed colloidal bubbles are substances with high toughness, and water does not pass through the bubbles, so that the volume weight of the replacement material is light, the foam concrete has low elasticity modulus due to the porosity, and the replacement material has good heat insulation performance. Therefore, the impact load can be well absorbed and dispersed.
本发明公开了基于泡沫轻质混凝土的路基段换填方法,通过在路基段换填位置处开挖基坑,采用符合级配碎石集料要求的混合料摊铺在基底上,垫层的上表面铺设一层复合土工布,并在垫层上通过管道泵输送方式进行泡沫混凝土浇筑施工,每层浇筑气泡混合轻质砼过程中,距浇筑顶面10‑20cm处铺设多个钢筋网,使得路基段换填施工方便,增强换填泡沫混凝土浇筑材料的抗压强度,且泡沫混凝土内均匀分布着大量的独立闭合胶质气泡,闭合胶质气泡是一种具有较强韧性的物质,气泡之间互不通水,从而使换填材料的容重轻质,且泡沫混凝土多孔性使其具有低的弹性模量,从而使其对冲击载荷具有良好的吸收和分散作用。
